Booking Policies
Please note that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please allow time for parking and public transportation to arrive at your scheduled appointment. There is no available parking at our facility. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule.
Although we love kids, the salon is not a safe place for children. The floors are slippery, there are sharp scissors and electrical outlets at every turn, and our windows have no safety screens or bars. Unless they have an appointment, please leave kids at home.
