DANNIELLE PIMM (Owner) — dannielle@marqueesalon.com

As one of the three founders of Marquee Salon, Dannielle craved a more stimulating atmosphere where the skills she built at Bumble and bumble and Vidal Sassoon could find their creative home.

On her days outside of the salon, after a bracing cup of PG Tips (a holdover of her UK roots), she’ll hit estate sales, thrift stores and flea markets in the Bay Area, her home since youth. When she is not rescuing treasures from bygone eras, she spends quality time with Piccolina, her 16 year old wiener dog.

HALEH CUNNINGHAM — haleh@marqueesalon.com

Haleh has been cutting and coloring hair for more than twenty five years. She loves working with natural texture and bringing out people’s best features which stems from her background in makeup artistry, styling, and doing hair on set . She’s always been inspired by rock n roll and iconic girls from all the decades.

Using lowtox products to clean and style the hair is very important to her. Hairstory, Reverie, and Rahua are some of her favorites.

Haleh did an apprenticeship at Louie hair salon in San Francisco in the 90’s under Joel Quinteros, who now owns his namesake salon in Sydney. Haleh has always gotten a lot of gratification out of making things beautiful and helping to make people feel good about themselves. Her specialties include razor cuts that have a lived in feel and emphasize natural texture and color that looks like you were born with it.

BERTRAND W DELACOURT — bertrand@marqueesalon.com

My training was in Paris, France with Jean Marc Maniatis, where I learned the signature style of cutting hair dry. My work was soon featured in fashion editorials such as Elle, Marie Claire, Numero, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar. In Montreal, Canada I managed a successful salon for several years. After moving to Los Angeles (USA), I went freelance with an agent and worked with celebrities, fashion editorial, and campaigns. My latest highlight was working with a long time client, Michelle Yeoh, in her successful Oscar season.

I’m currently based in the Bay Area. I draw my inspiration from the street to galleries and from all forms of visual multi-media and design. My looks are recognizable for their forward interpretation of style and editorial touch. During COVID I began a new schedule of two hours by client to give me time to enjoy what I do. I loved having the time to spend with my clients so I have kept the schedule. Please note my booking times are: 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM and 4 PM.

After starting my hairstyling journey in Portland, Oregon in 2005, I returned to the East Bay for a transformative apprenticeship at Festoon Salon in Berkeley. Specializing in creating beautiful blondes, layered cuts, bobs, and men's hairstyles, I draw inspiration from extensive training with Bumble & Bumble and Vidal Sassoon. Outside of the hair world, I'm often writing and performing live with my band, working in my Reiki practice, or dedicating time to Aikido on the mat. I have a lovely little family and enjoy a brisk walk to redwoods and nature near our home. At Marquee Salon, my passion lies in delivering personalized, transformative experiences, blending creativity with expertise.
